Playoff Format
Starting in the 2015 season, the playoff format will include the top 2 teams from each division and then the 2 best records remaining in the league. The worst #2 wildcard team will be put in with the best overall record in the league. Tiebreakers will be same as playoff seeds: head to head, points, division record, coin flip.
Indians #1 #2
Cowboys #1 #2
Wildcards Top 2 best teams remaining regardless of division. The worst wildcard team will be placed in same bracket as the #1 overall seed.
Playoff Match-up Tiebreaker
If a playoff match-up ends in a tie, this is how it will be broken:
4 category based (RBI, AVG, QS, ERA) - If still tied after 4 category based would look at categories in this order to see who wins: WHIP + OPS, Saves + HR, Holds + Runs, K, SB, Wins
Playoff Seeding Tiebreaker
Tiebreaker updated starting with the 2017 season.
Teams are in the same division: head-to-head, division record, points, record vs top 2 in each division, coin flip Teams are not in same division: head-to-head, points, division record, record vs top 2 in each division, coin flip
